Toyota has unveiled its new sports car at the Tokyo Motor Festival.
The sporty sporty V-ti sportscar is the first of its kind to be created by the Japanese automaker, and is also the first vehicle to come with a V-tuning package, according to a press release.
The car will be unveiled at a ceremony to be held at Toyota’s headquarters on Monday (March 8), when it will be driven by its new president and CEO Kazuhiro Nakagawa.
Nakagawa will be making his first public appearance at the event.
The V-tronic sports car will go on sale in 2021.
It is powered by a 1.8-liter turbocharged V-6 engine that powers a 3,000-hp output, with an electric motor, all-wheel drive and a new adaptive cruise control system.
It will have a range of up to 300 kilometers on a single charge.
